This 4 1/2-quart Quadro Oven with Terra Cotta Lid is part of the Berndes Terra Cotta series of vacuum-pressure cast aluminum cookware with terra cotta lids. Crafting cookware by casting produces an exceptionally sturdy yet lightweight pan. With three nonstick interior layers and two nonstick exterior layers, the pan is ideal for lowfat cooking and delicate foods. Food will never stick or burn, and cleanup is a piece of cake. The Terra Cotta Lid combines age-old clay pottery with Berndes innovative design to make a self-basting lid that circulates moisture inside the pan and seals in heat.
