(I use All-Clad stainless for saucepans, etc.)
Berndes nonstick is the best I've ever used, and I cook a lot. I hope I never have to use another pan to make an omelette (8-inch non-stick skillet), because Berndes heats evenly, browns beautifully and is a cinch to clean. I bought this for making stovetop rice pilaf (recipe uses ton of fresh herbs so I need large container), fried rice, etc, and oven dishes because without the handle it looks nice as a serving dish. |
