These two little 1/2-quart soup/soufflé pans are simply adorable. Ideal for individual servings, these pans heat evenly, and you can use any utensil with them. However, the handles won't stay as cool as the Cool V handles available on Calphalon's other cookware lines. Safe in the oven or under a broiler, but not the dishwasher, the pans need to be cleaned with a mild cleanser and your own elbow grease.
