The only thing I can say is or ask myself is why did I order it. The pot is so fragile, and I'm a somewhat of a heavy duty cook. I just kinda leave it on the stove and maybe, I can transfer some semi-hot pieces of food in it. The company did a great job with the glass pot, so I'm not going to knock the company. I'm just questioning myself. Thanks Amazon and Winston Brands!
