Hamilton Beach 92325 Nonstick Signature 5 Quart Covered Dutch Oven, Red

I wanted a Dutch oven that I could use on the stove also for "one pot meals" I bought this one because of the description, and the silicone handles. I've used it a couple of times now, and it's great. It cleans easily, and cooks evenly. Highly recommended.

It really is nice for what I paid for. My only problem is the silicon on the handles doesn't cover the whole handle so my outer fingers do get burned if I don't remember to grip it right. It also seems to cook things quicker than my old pots do. I guess better heat distribution and all that. I'm really happy with it.

I constantly burn my fingers (the handles arent FULLY coated) when draining pasta or transferring. Why would they only partially cover the handles? DUH!
