I primarily use this for baking brownies. That being said, it makes fine brownies! They bake quickly and evenly and cleanup is a cinch. I recommend this piece, as I do most of Le Creuset's offerings.

I have had Pampered Chef stoneware for a long time. Well, I accidentally broke my 9", and decided to try this one. I love that I can put it in the dishwasher and seems to clean up so much better than my PC one did.

This dish was given to my husband and me for our wedding and we love it. It's stoneware, so it bakes beautifully, but the glaze makes cleaning it easy too. We'll definitely invest in more pieces from Le Creuset.
