I really like this casserole dish. It is the same as having artwork in my kitchen. Besides that it, works like a charm. So far I have cooked several things in it.
I started off with a cake which sounds like a really funny thing to cook in a casserole dish. BUT, I was going to an early morning breakfast and I was supposed to provided the bread items. I have a loaf dish and I cooked a regular loaf of bread in that, but I was determined to try a new cake recipe that I had. It sounded so much like a good breakfast bread that I decided to give it a try. I was going to double the recipe because there were to be 25 people attending, so I need a big pan. And, I was running a little behind, so I needed a pan that would cook quickly and evenly, and I was pretty sure this pan would fit the bill.

Have used this as a casserole dish and found that the good sized base (rather than small base and higher sides) made mixing ingredients together very easy. Was also pleasantly surprised with the ease of cleaning.
