Love this pot! It's really well made, looks great and is exactly the right size for a LARGE jambalaya or what have you. The pre-seasoning was a nice feature. It is too large to fully go in the sink for a washing, but I lay it down on its side (on a silicon sheet) next to the sink and it's easy to clean it out that way with the sink sprayer. I have expensive enameled cast iron dutch ovens and I love them, but I have to say the old-fashioned cast iron does enhance the flavor of a dish - you can really tell the difference and sometimes I think it's worth it.
