Summary: Nice little camp oven! 2009-10-14
Comment: Nice seasoned finish. I cooked cornbread and a peach cobbler in this camp oven and there was absolutely NO sticking problem. Nice fit on the lid. I would have prefered a little bit smoother finish on the inside, but once the seasoning builds up a little more, this shouldn't be an issue.

Comment: This came in Amazon's usual speedy timing and good packaging. It measures 8" x 8" x 5" and is the one quart size. The dimensions given are for the 2 quart size. I am happy with the size as I am a beginner at this. I have not used it as yet - we'll be camping this weekend and I'll give you an update. The best surprise was that it came with an Old Mountain 8" cast iron trivet and an appropriately sized canvas bag with zipper and handles.
I found a useful source for figuring out how to regulate the heat of a dutch oven (and it had useful links also)
