The Simply Calphalon Nonstick Anodized line of cookware is an excellent alternative for those who prefer cooking on a nonstick surface and who desire Calphalon quality at a budget price. This 12-inch round griddle is a manageable size for cooking smaller servings of pancakes or French toast or heating up a couple of veggie burgers.

Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the griddle is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly. Its double-coated nonstick cooking surface prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easier. The pan has an oval stainless-steel handle with a blasted satin finish that is comfortable to grip and that is held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets. A raised edge on the handle side of the griddle serves as an excellent backstop when flipping food over. This pan is oven-safe up to 375 degrees F so you can keep cooked pancakes warm while preparing the rest of breakfast.
