I purchased this for my college student son who loves to braise meat. He is thrilled with it. The inside is cast iron and needs to be seasoned and kept with a layer of oil so it doesn't rust. This is not a bad thing.
This pot will last for generations.
Put in your ingredients, give it some time in the oven or on the stove and let the magic happen. A great pot. Every kitchen needs a good pot like this.
